Lições e Pensamentos - Lessons and Thoughts

They told me that I need to say goodbye to my privacy, I'll have to learn to deal with curiosity, and it will not be easy for me to walk in peace and quiet as I always have ...

I learned with this short orchestral prelude, there is a price to be paid, that some garden flowers are actually plastic, not all smiles are indeed frank and hearty, I'll have to learn to deal with stones .

And some people very close to me are teaching me, I'll have to be really strong, and the glories that this sector are also a form of death, and I prepare myself to face something so stormy.

I knew nothing of it, even try in my own skin, and even with much applause and looks of admiration, despite some expressions of disapproval, I  got scared cause in my heart I'm just a little girl, and I may be only this until the end, I don't know ...

But you know? I am a Muslim woman, and I fear nothing but Allah.

And I've died many times in my life, I've been shattered, violated cause if someone doesn't know I was raped when I was little, I've been shattered and murdered, in the flesh, in my soul, in my heart, and yet I am here today and yet Alhamdulillah smile and know there is still the brightness of childhood in my eyes.

And I have my daughters, and while I don't earn money to buy food for my children, I will not stop fighting, I'm a warrior jaguar drawn in blood, pain and affliction. For my daughters, to be able to make a better life for them, I am able to die, cause I have not a bit afraid of death, I'm actually even able to love her ...

Then Allah knows best, I know nothing! Just know that I'm just a girl, simple little without wisdom, but I also know that I'm ready! Even when I die to get the day, which was determined by Allah...

Love Allah!

The memory of the beautiful sunny afternoon when I uttered my Shahada thrills me to this day. This is the golden memory of the most important day of my life, the day I was reborn, the day that I became a Muslim woman.

I am a Muslim woman and a munaqaba, and only that defines me. The rest, all the rest does not matter ...

And I'll be a Muslim woman and a munaqaba, until the day I die, Insha Allah!
